Adobe Lightroom as it is called gives you the ability to edit photographs and make them into the perfect ones that you want. However, when it comes to the part where you save the photos, you will find that they are not saved in the traditional sense.

- Select The Photos
Here you select all the photos that you want to save because when you are in adobe lightroom, you can work with multiple pictures all at once. - Select File and Export

Also, you may pick the option of save later where you will choose a folder after you are done editing.
- You Can Name and Change The File Type
